Free advice, monitoring and mentoring
All of this education comes as free; you won’ pay a penny for the weekly visits, the progress tracking and the individual attention you receive. In fact, the only thing that you will pay for is the dietary supplements that will allow you to maximise the results that this new knowledge will bring. The supplements themselves are all natural
The maintenance phase
Congratulations you've done it! Once you've achieved your ideal weight you move into the maintenance phase. You will be looking great and feeling deservedly proud of your achievement. This phase is about equipping you with nutritional habits that will last you a lifetime so that you can maintain the healthier 'new you'. With your new found confidence you can reduce your weekly visits and the amount of natural supplements will also be reduced. We'll continue to support you with nutritional and lifestyle advice but instead of attending weekly you now visit once every two weeks. The interval between visits then extends to once a month and then once every three months. By the end of your programme you will feel completely confident about 'flying solo' safe in the knowledge that you are equipped with the tools to stay healthy for the long term.
