Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid that is often found in dairy and beef fat. CLA speeds up your metabolism, which can help promote fat mobilisation to enhance its breakdown. The amount of CLA that is normally obtained in your diet is much lower than the amount obtained from food supplements.

Wheat bran helps to create a sensation of being full thanks to its high insoluble fibre content, which increases in size when hydrated. It can also help to combat constipation and eliminate fat, sugar and cholesterol, thanks to the effect of both its insoluble and soluble fibres.
