Equilum relax caps

Equilium Relax are capsules based on magnesium oxide and vitamin B6, which may help control stress and states of anxiety. It includes capsules of two colours: white, to take during the morning, and red, to take at night. The formula is a combination of magnesium and vitamin B6 in both cases. However, red capsules include lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.).

Magnesium provides energy and may help prevent fatigue and excessive tiredness, which increases in periods of stress. It may also help to relax muscles, regulate blood pressure and prevent heart failure.

Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine may help reduce tiredness and fatigue, relieves stress and upsets one's mood as it contributes to the production of hormones and neurotransmitters such as serotonin.

Lemon balm has sedative properties and may be helpful against insomnia and nervousness.
